ADUB365 Fitness Channel

I have always had a passion for movement.
I am at my best when in motion.
Swing. Run. Jump. Swim. Ride. Climb. Kick. Flip. Stretch.

Inspired and encouraged by countless inquiries as to how I train as a professional golfer and overall athlete, I've created a Fitness Channel on YouTube replete with "how-to" fitness videos accompanied by a Health and Wellness blog.
Learn more by visiting: ADUB365 And that's how it's done!

HER STORY

As a child, Andia dreamt of taking to the skies to continue the legacy established by her late grandfather Colonel Robert V. Winslow, a Tuskegee Airman and proud US Air Force serviceman. Although, as a young adult, she set her sights instead on a career as a professional golfer, she was proud to accept her grandfather’s Congressional Gold Medal of Honor on behalf of her family. This commitment to service and leadership has been the undercurrent in all of her ventures since childhood.

A noted junior golf career began at the age of 11 in Seattle, Washington at Jefferson Park Golf Course – known fondly as the “home” of Fred Couples, PGA Tour Professional. Though actively recruited by more than twenty-five colleges and universities as a top 75 world ranked junior golfer, Andia chose to travel across the country to attend Yale University, an institution known famously for its academic rigor. As a college freshman, she helped the Bulldogs secure the storied Ivy League Championship.

While at Yale, her interest in historical and ethnographic research culminated in the receipt of three undergraduate research grants. The first, an international travel fellowship, allowed her study in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil to examine the effects of globalization on artistic traditions. The second, a Mellon Undergraduate Research Grant, facilitated the completion of her Sociology Senior Thesis in 2004. An interdisciplinary focus in Film Studies and a Fine Arts grant recognized her efforts as a documentary filmmaker. Her first film, with Co-Producer Monique Walton, was selected for official inclusion in ten international film festivals as well as special presentations at higher education conferences and major research universities.

Although an intellect and an artist, Andia is perhaps best known for her passion and pure athleticism. She hails from a family of athletes that includes current and former NFL players, a professional basketball player and martial artists. She is a formidable on-course competitor -who trained for a time with USA Track & Field- and serves as a professional athlete ambassador for the Women’s Sports Foundation and the LPGA/USGA Girls’ Golf Program. Believing that “the best experiences are those that are shared,” Andia conducts clinics and speaks around the country promoting healthy lifestyles and physical activity for youth and adults.
