Answer:I consider my stretching routine as a daily gift to myself! It can be brief, lasting only five minutes, or intensive and extend beyond the half hour. Typically I stretch in the morning after my cardio to ensure that my muscles are "warmed-up" and receptive. As a general rule, stretching helps to prevent injury and facilitates better workouts. In fact, stretching facilitates a better day as mind and body are interconnected! And that's how it's done!™ - ADUB©
